Refund policy

1. Selection and Purchase 

Please choose your items carefully before placing your order. 

Once an order is confirmed and received, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. 

2. Product Inspection 

You are encouraged to inspect your order while the courier is still present. 

If you notice any issue or damage, you may refuse the order and only pay the shipping fees. 

3. Partial Delivery 

We do not offer partial deliveries. 

You must either accept the full order or return it entirely.Shape 

4. Exchange Policy  

Eligibility 

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Product Condition 

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. 

Inspection and Processing 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange order will be processed and shipped to you. 

Shipping Fees 

All shipping fees related to exchanges are paid by the customer. 

Exchanges are limited to a maximum of two times per order.Shape 

5. Cost of Returns and Exchanges  

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items 

If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, no shipping fees will be charged for the return or replacement. 

Change of Mind 

If the exchange is due to a personal preference or change of mind, shipping fees will apply and must be covered by the customer. Shape
